Nintendo World
Good Evening. I hope everyone is doing well. I am back and doing good. Life has been crazy and busy, but I am back ready to give you all some content.
A couple of weeks ago, my family and I took a short vacation to Orlando, Florida to visit a new amusement park that has recently opened back in May. This new park is called Epic Universe and it hold different sections (universes) throughout the park. It has Nintendo World which is the world of Mario Kart, How To Train Your Dragon, Dark Universe, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and Celestial Park. We visited each section and it is worth the visit. The first park we are going to dive in today is Mario Kart World; a popular section where people can be immersed in the world. ride the coasters, and enjoy some delicious food while spending time with the family.
Everyone can experience the world and it feels like walking in the actual game. All around there were some of the features from the Mario Kart game such as the white castle, the red flower with white dots moving, and even seeing the two Mario brothers in real life.

Also there are some yellow boxes with questions marks displayed on it because people can purchase a wrist band and earn points by hitting the box from underneath with the wrist bands to earn points. All to say is that people can feel like they are actually in the game henceforth being immersed in this world.
Not only can guests can experience what it is actually like to be in the game, but they can enjoy riding the rides. One of the rides that we rode on was called the Yoshi’s Adventure which is a slow ride that takes guest above and sees the whole Mario Kart from a bird’s eye view. It is something that young children can ride along with parents. Another ride we wrote was the Mine Cart Madness which is more on the coaster side, but it is nothing major. It is fun to ride, and it’s doesn’t have many turns. It goes up and down at high speeds, but it is worth riding the ride. And the third ride is called the Mario Kart Bowsers’ Challenge which is an indoor virtual game that is more advanced than Mario Kart 8. Be warned about the possibility of getting a headache, but it is a cool game to earn points in a moving Kart vehicle to make people feel like they are playing in the actual video game.
Even though guests can be enjoy the world while riding exciting coasters, they can also enjoy good food. We ate Toadstool Cafe which is based off the character Toad from Mario Kart. Depending on the time, you may have to wait in line like we did during lunch rush. The best piece of advice that I can give is to download the Universal Orlando App and find Toadstool Cafe. Then you click on the Mobile Food Ordering where you can order and place it online while waiting in line. Then when you sit down, you scan the QR code and they will automatically start preparing the meal verses sitting down and trying to order online at the table. I ordered the Chef Toad Herb Chicken Special which is marinated chicken with potatoes and roasted tomatoes all covered with a special kind of lemon sauce.

In conclusion, Nintendo was fun considering the fact that it had good rides, delicious food, and just becoming a part of the world. Granted, we went in the beginning of October and it was busy, but we still had a good time. I also created a reel on the instagram page of “Go & Make Travels where you can see more of the Mario Kart world.
