Edinburgh, Scotland Part 3

Good Afternoon,

We are in October which means fall weather is here. I am so happy that we get to have some cool weather. In this post, we will talk about other attractions in Edinburgh such as the Palace of Holyrood House, Arthurs’ Seat, and Princes Street.

The Palace of Holyrood House is located at the end of the Royal Mile street. An interesting fact is that King Charles the 3rd stays there when he visits Edinburgh. It is almost used to be the home of Mary Queen of Scots who is a well-known character in Scotland with lots of history to be unveiled not just in Edinburgh but over the country. People can visit the palace and also visit the garden.

Arthurs’ Seat is located next to the palace where people can hike up the mountains. It is a sight to see if someone wants to admire the nature of Scottish land. The hike I would say is moderate and at beginner level. It gives an overview sight of Edinburgh. Also, if anyone is adventurous, people can travel up a tall mountain and it gives a beautiful sight for anyone who hikes up there before sunrise.

Princes Street is located in Edinburgh. It is an area for entertainment purposes such as coffee shops, stores, and restaurants. I recommend going to a restaurant called the Elephant House because that is where JK Rowling used to write her stories there. Also, for any Harry Potter fans, there is a store called Museum Context: Retailer of Harry Potter Merchandise in that area.

There is a lot to see such as nature, palaces, and other shops throughout Edinburgh. I hope everyone has a good weekend and tune in for some more upcoming Scotland topics.
